Dudemsa
bvba only uses Belgian high-quality meat. The complete process
from slaughtering to production is supervised by Mr Demir
Saffet.
The slaughtering occurs in the ritual way (called Helal).
For this, Dudemsa bvba had a special compartment built in
the slaughterhouse. Hygiene is the first concern, with the
freshness of the meat also being carefully checked. Customers
who are interested in this, and want to see how it is done,
can visit our butchering facility at any time without an
appointment.
